Section 1

General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the te666 website accessible at https://te666.club, all associated sub-domains, mobile applications, and any other te666-branded digital service (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). These Terms are governed by applicable law and are intended to protect both the Platform and its players.

te666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any amended version of the Terms will be published on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the te666 Platform following any change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current Terms.

These Terms are written in English and are intended to be interpreted in English. Where any translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity. These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and te666 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

te666 operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players in Bangladesh. All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. te666 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose beyond lawful online gaming entertainment.

Section 2

Age Restriction & Eligibility

te666 is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. Access to the Platform, account registration, and participation in any real-money gaming or betting activity is prohibited for any person under the age of 18. By registering an account with te666, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and that you will remain of legal age throughout your use of the Platform.

te666 reserves the right to request age verification documentation from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence showing date of birth. Account access may be suspended pending verification. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source where technically feasible.

te666 does not accept registrations from players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is the player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing te666 is lawful in their specific location. te666 accepts no liability for players who access the Platform from restricted locations.

Section 3

Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one te666 account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance held therein. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, you must contact te666 support immediately at [email protected].

Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact number. te666 may require you to verify any or all of this information at any point during your use of the Platform. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your te666 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. te666 will not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify te666 support immediately.

• Strong passwords recommended: Use a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols for your te666 account password.
• Two-factor authentication: te666 offers SMS-based two-factor authentication for Bangladesh mobile numbers — enabling this is strongly recommended.
• Session management: Always log out of your te666 account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Suspicious activity: Report any unrecognised login activity to [email protected] immediately.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

te666 operates a Know Your Customer verification process consistent with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. Players may be required to submit identity verification documents, proof of address, and payment method verification before withdrawal requests are processed. KYC verification is a one-time process for most players. te666 will not share your KYC documents with any third party except where required by applicable law or financial compliance obligations.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on te666 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). te666 does not charge fees on deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Standard processing fees may apply to Visa and Mastercard transactions depending on your issuing bank. te666 is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay mobile wallets.
• Instant crediting: Mobile wallet deposits are credited to your te666 account balance immediately upon successful processing.
• Deposit ownership: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made using payment accounts belonging to third parties will be reversed and the account may be suspended.
• Currency: All balances are held in BDT. No currency conversion is applied.

Withdrawal Rules

• Identity verification: Withdrawal requests may require completion of KYC verification before processing.
• Same-method policy: Withdrawals will generally be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability.
• Processing time: te666 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Actual settlement times depend on the payment method and the processing schedules of the relevant financial service provider.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted before wagering requirements are met will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount only — any net real-money balance remains withdrawable.
• Fraud prevention: te666 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or other suspicious activity is suspected. te666 will notify affected players and provide an explanation where legally permissible.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

te666 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with Bangladesh's cultural calendar — including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket season, and Victory Day campaigns. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.

Welcome Bonus

New te666 players are eligible for a 100% match bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. To be eligible for the welcome bonus, the first deposit must meet the minimum qualifying deposit threshold as stated on the promotions page at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available to each verified player once and cannot be claimed multiple times through the creation of additional accounts.

General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are listed on the promotions page.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated free spins have an expiry period. Unclaimed or unused bonuses will be removed from the account at expiry without compensation.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time unless te666 explicitly states otherwise for a specific promotion.
• Abuse prevention: te666 reserves the right to withhold or reverse any bonus where abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms is suspected. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at te666's sole discretion and are final.

te666 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to players affected via account notification or email where possible. te666's determination of all matters relating to bonuses and promotions is final and binding.

Section 6

User Obligations

As a registered player on te666, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this agreement:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund a te666 account.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players, casino employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit Platform systems.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargeback requests with your bank or payment provider for deposits made to te666. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and may be referred for legal action.
• Impersonation: Impersonating any other person, whether a player or te666 staff member, for any purpose.
• Harassment: Using te666's communications channels to harass, threaten, or abuse support staff or other players.
• Unlawful use: Using the te666 Platform for any purpose that violates applicable Bangladeshi law or regulation.

te666 reserves the right to monitor player activity for the purposes of detecting and preventing prohibited conduct. Evidence of any of the above violations will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities where warranted.

Section 7

Account Suspension & Closure

te666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified time period following a verification request.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity on the account.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Request by the account holder for self-exclusion under te666's responsible gaming tools.
• Inactivity — an account that has recorded no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant and subject to closure procedures.
• Legal or regulatory requirement obliging te666 to terminate access for players in a specific category or jurisdiction.

Voluntary Account Closure

Any player may request voluntary closure of their te666 account at any time by contacting te666 support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, te666 will process any eligible remaining balance back to the player's verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC obligations and provided no active bonus funds are subject to incomplete wagering requirements.

Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. te666 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder via their registered email address before initiating dormancy procedures. Any real-money balance in a dormant account will be held in trust for the player for a period of 36 months from the date of last activity. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact [email protected].

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, te666 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other intangible loss.

te666 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available continuously, free from errors, or free from security vulnerabilities. While te666 applies 256-bit SSL encryption and industry-standard security practices, no digital platform can guarantee absolute immunity from technical failures or cyberattacks. te666 will take all reasonable steps to restore service and protect player data in the event of any security incident.

te666 is not responsible for any technical issues arising from a player's own device, internet connection, browser, or operating system that affect the player's ability to access or use the Platform. It is the player's responsibility to ensure that their equipment meets the minimum technical requirements for accessing te666.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of te666 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
